Inside a session

A clear objective, a personal target and a result you can review.

Live fire / Air pistol or air rifle

Five-Shot Ladder

Work through three rising targets, one five-shot series at a time. Set attainable goals from your own baseline before you begin.

  1. Shoot a five-shot series and enter each score during safe pauses.
  2. Meet or exceed the rung’s target to advance. A miss repeats the same rung.
  3. Clear all three rungs to achieve the objective, or stop at your level’s shot limit.

Personal Par Golf

Solo or coach-led / Live fire

Play three-shot holes against your personal par. Each hole’s net is par minus your score; lower is better. Compare rounds with the same par, scoring and hole count.

Coach Observation Bingo

Coach-led / Process observation

A coach chooses a behaviour before the attempt and marks it only when observed. Complete one, two or three distinct lines, depending on difficulty. Find it as Process Bingo in the app.

12 observations
per session

Team Rounds

Two or four athletes / Live fire

Each athlete takes two shots per round against a personal threshold. The team with more qualifying shots earns two points; a tied round gives each team one. Equal final totals draw.

Prepare.
Practice.
Review.

The result matters. So does knowing how you got there.

  1. Prepare

Choose your discipline, level and training mode. Read the setup and equipment requirements, then set a personal target or observation standard.

  2. Practice

Follow the activity at your normal pace. Record scores or observations when it is safe, with equipment at rest. Undo an incorrect entry without losing your session.

  3. Review

Save the outcome in your Training Journal. Add a note and your next focus. Compare sessions with matching rules and scoring, so the comparison means something.

A considered word
from Sage.

Practical cues before a shot. Useful reflection after a session.

Sage’s feedback uses what you record. A process-improvement message requires three completed, comparable sessions with enough observations and an increase across all three.

Otherwise, Sage helps you review the practice you completed, the limit you reached or why you stopped. Your journal stays on your device.

Bring a plan to your next session.
